Our 2 piece 316 stainless steel ball valve flanged provides safe operation for both general and industrial chemical applications and hazardous environments. A full bore high performance with Stainless Steel body, reinforced seat, graphite seal and mounting top for actuation.
Benefiting from a split body, two piece designed ball valve with an antistatic spring loaded 'stem-to-ball' and 'stem-to-body' fitted as standard.1-1/2" full port 316 stainless steel 2-piece ball valve is with material of 316 stainless steel and 1-1/2’’ size.

304 stainless steel
304 stainless steel is the most widely used chromium-nickel stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. Corrosion resistant in the atmosphere,

316 stainless steel
316 stainless steel is the second most widely used steel grade after 304, mainly used in the food industry and surgical equipment. Because of the addition of Mo, its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength are particularly good. Can be used under harsh conditions; excellent work hardening (non-magnetic).
Material composition
1. Their degree of high temperature resistance is different
304 high temperature resistance is 800 degrees, 316 high temperature resistance is 900-1000 degrees
2. 316 contains Mo, 304 does not contain Mo. Mo acts as a carbonizing agent to prevent steel from becoming brittle.
3. 304 and 316 are all horse-shaped stainless steel, but with different main rust-preventing metal elements.
4. Under normal circumstances, 304 is mainly anti-acid, while 316 can prevent acid and alkali.
5. 316 and 304 all contain chromium, nickel content of SS316 is higher than that of SS304, so corrosion resistance is better.
