Cleaning method of stainless steel valve parts
The new parts of stainless steel valve should be cleaned before assembly.
1.Each single ball valve part decomposed from stainless steel valve can be cleaned by immersion. The metal parts that have not been decomposed can be cleaned with clean, fine and clean silk cloth impregnated with cleaning agent. This prevents the fibers from falling off and sticking to the parts. When cleaning, all grease, dirt, glue and dust adhered to the wall surface must be removed.
2.During the assembly of stainless steel valve, metal debris, fiber, grease (except those specified for use) dust and other impurities and foreign matters are not allowed to contaminate, adhere or stay on the surface of parts or enter the inner cavity. The stem nut must be locked again.
3. After cleaning, the stainless steel valve should be assembled after the volatilization of the washing agent (silk cloth without cleaning agent can be used), but it should not be used for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be polluted by dust.
Attention, do not lock too tightly, usually lock 1 / 4-1 turn, leakage will stop.
